Still Alive

I am still alive, just have been uber busy between work and other things in real life. I am planning on posting some actual content here soon (as in someday, LOL). Right now I am debating whether to post some pics of the Copplestone Bio-Chem squad and Zombie Troopers I have or some of my scratch built scenery (and the background fluff for said pieces), which consists of a couple of signs for some fictional businesses in my initial outbreak campaign, that is set in Mayhem City (in my campaign Mayhem City is located where Flint. Michigan is, and Genesee County is Mayhem County, the rest of the state for the most part will remain as is, with maybe one or two exceptions, such as a large military base and city outside of it located where the real world communities of Fenton and Holly are). I have already posted one of the signs over on the Post Apoc forums http://s1.zetaboards.com/Post_Apoc_Wargames/topic/4242944/1/?x=90#post373415 Though now the sign does have some additional details on the base.

I might also continue posting some of the background fluff for my initial outbreak campaign, fleshing out the Mayhem County area and Liberty City/Fort Liberty (the above mentioned Military base which is named after a fictional Civil War Colonel, Col. Ebenezer Liberty, that commanded the fictional 33rd Michigan Volunteer Infantry Regiment (at least as far as I know the unit is fictional), who also used his own land (where the base is located)  for the training of his regiment). I might also include some of the major groups in the area such as the Mayhem County Gun Club and the pro sports teams in the area.u

  2. Doug, it's always a good idea to know what you'll be posting next. With so many options, you're covered for quite a few weeks or even longer if you don't post more than once every two weeks. Whatever you do choose, I'm sure it'll be worth reading. I'm sure I've mentioned how much I love your background flull.

  3. Sounds great Doug. Sorry you've been busy with other stuff. Look forward to seeing something soon. The terrain sounds paticularly fun to me.

  4. Johnny, Bryan, Adam, Stuff is on the way, including the Bat Rep (need to find time to get the game started again), its just slow going with work, they have been shuffling my hours around some on me since its the summer and want me to try and see if I can boost sales by going to local events like farmers markets and fairs.

My Copplestone figures are for the most part (other then maybe some minor touch ups) finished and I should be able to snap a pic or two of them (next to some Reaper, Hasslefree, eM4, and Zombiesmith minis for size comparison) when I actually have an hour or so free from getting lunch/dinner ready, eating, sleeping, work around the house or work itself.

Well I am also hoping here by Sept. to be able to knock out cardstock terrain at a quicker rate, the scrapbooking smy mom frequents carries the Silhouette/Craft-Robo Cutting machines, and they now offer a layaway plan so I am thinking of putting one in layaway and if I did the math right should be able to get it out within a week before my birthday on Sept. 10 or possibly in the week after (if I use any money I get from family and friends towards it). Though only problem with me getting a cutting machine, my mom has already laid claim to being able to use it when she wants for her scrapbooking stuff, even if I try to tell her no I wont win, you know how mom are, they ultimately win 99 times out of 100 in an argument with their offspring.
